Li Pilates Studio, located in Burnaby, is a professional Pilates training space. Our studio is equipped with comprehensive professional equipment, providing you with a comfortable and safe exercise environment.

Li Pilates offers personalized training options including 1-on-1 private sessions, 1-on-2 duo sessions, and 1-on-3 small group classes. Our programs aim to improve posture, enhance core strength, and optimize body function. All classes are taught by STOTT Pilates certified instructors using high-quality Pilates equipment to ensure precise training results.

How to Choose the Right Class?

  • For beginners or those needing rehabilitation/postpartum recovery, we recommend 1-on-1 private sessions
  • For those who want to exercise with friends or family, 1-on-2 sessions offer great value
  • For those with a foundation who enjoy group dynamics, 1-on-3 sessions are ideal

FAQ

About booking classes, class time, and method?

Classes need to be booked 24 hours in advance
Each class lasts 50 minutes

2-person/3-person classes will still be held even if only 1 person attends
Class time changes to 35 minutes for private classes

Or pay the difference to take a private class

All classes will start and end as scheduled, late arrivals cannot extend the class time

About the instructor?

If you book a fixed class time, the instructor will be the same
If you book flexibly every week, the instructor will be assigned based on their schedule

About the validity period of the classes?

10-class package is valid for 4 months
20-class package is valid for 8 months
(Starting from the first class after purchasing the package)
If there are special circumstances, please contact the studio owner for an extension or refund (pregnancy or any illness)
After the extension or after the class validity period expires, refunds or transfers are not possible

About taking leave

All private classes need to be canceled 24 hours in advance
Cancellations within 24 hours are considered last-minute cancellations
3 last-minute cancellations will result in the deduction of one class

No-Show (no-show without leave) will result in the direct deduction of one class

About clothing

For the best class results, try to wear fitted yoga clothes/pants or sports vests
The instructor needs to be able to see your body condition directly to adjust movements in time
Avoid wearing loose pants and tops
You can wear professional non-slip five-toe socks, or clean socks if you don’t have them

About the refund policy

Studio classes cannot be transferred
The studio accepts refunds
A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price at the time
The remaining balance can be refunded after deducting the class hours at the original class price (according to the private class price)

About the liability clause

All students need to agree and sign a waiver agreement before class
Students need to be responsible for their own health conditions
Before the class starts, inform the instructor of any special conditions and limitations
